Aidan joined Milne O’Dwyer in 1991, became a partner in 2001 and is currently the Practice Managing Partner. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a Registered Statutory Auditor, and holds a Diploma in Forensic Accounting. Alongside his management role, Aidan serves an extensive portfolio of clients including corporate and owner managed SMEs in the Manufacturing, Leisure, Retail, Legal and Medical sectors.

Enda joined Milne O’Dwyer in 2004, becoming a director in 2020. He holds a Practicing Certificate from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and is a Certified Tax Advisor. During his time with Milne O’Dwyer, Enda has gained valuable experience and skills in providing Accounting and Taxation services to a broad range of clients in many different sectors.


He specialises in the preparation of Annual Accounts, both corporate and non-corporate, Income and Corporation Tax returns and advises in the following specialist areas:

Donal has been a partner in the firm since 1981. He is a Certified Public Accountant, a Registered Statutory Auditor, and a Chartered Tax Advisor. He also holds a Diploma in Forensic Accounting. He has particular experience in the traditional areas of Media, Manufacturing, Construction and Services sectors and also serves the more recent successful internet-based businesses. He advises a range of clients on the following topics:

  • Personal and Corporate Tax Planning
  • Capital Taxes, Gift and Inheritance Tax Planning
  • Succession Planning, Exit Strategies and Capital Gains Tax (CGT) reliefs


Donal has been a Qualified Financial Advisor and a Personal Insolvency Practitioner and, while the increasing volume of work in the mainstream accountancy practice meant he had to retire these services in 2022, the experience gained has proved invaluable in the other practice areas.

Louis was a Founding Partner of Milne O’Dwyer, which was established in 1973. He services a variety of clients drawn from the small and medium Enterprise, Corporate, Professional and Agri Sectors. He works closely with clients in providing a comprehensive menu of business and taxation solutions.


He is a qualified member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Irish Taxation Institute. He has a keen interest in community affairs and has served on several committees and boards on various local development issues.
